We are loving our new Five Night Vegetarian Supper Box for four as it means we don’t have to think too much at the end of the day, especially as we are trying to up our vegetable intake.

Supper Box includes:
Spinach and sweetcorn jacket potatoes with five star slaw
Spicy dahl with sweet potato
Leek and mushroom pappardelle
Cauliflower and halloumi traybake
French onion soup with cheese toasties

We’ve included our five-star slaw to go with the stuffed jacket potatoes. We like to make a big bowl of this to have on hand to add to our lunch, or even as a mid-afternoon snack. You can dress it with whatever you like – a tablespoon of mayo, a traditional French dressing, something with an Asian kick or if you’re feeling super-healthy just lemon juice! We add other things in too, like pumpkin seeds or chopped dates.

The dahl is a big spicy bowl of comfort & we suggest adding either flatbreads or rice, if you are extra peckish, but it is wholesome enough on its own. The leek pappardelle and the traybake are super easy for midweek, and the French onion soup is perfect for a Friday night feast with a well-deserved glass of wine – maybe have a cheeseboard afterwards with some of our artisan cheeses and delicious crackers? The boxes contain all the fresh ingredients you need to make these meals. You’ll just need a few basic store cupboard ingredients, like olive oil, salt and flour – but we have these on the site if you want to add them to your order.
