These are the crunchiest rolls I’ve ever eaten! These rustic rolls are made with a little whole wheat flour and a topping that creates an amazing, super-crunchy crust.

This versatile flour makes gorgeous light pastry, and is good to thicken sauces. This gluten and wheat free flour is mainly based on rice flour which tends to be non-allergenic and digests well for most people. Use it to thicken soups and stews, and as an alternative to wheat flour in cakes and biscuits. The flour is so easy to use, add baking powder to make fabulous cakes. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans, diabetics, coeliacs and lactose intolerants. Each pack is 1kg.

We love using this product when making chicken dippers with the kids!
Light and crispy breadcrumbs that are ideal for creating breadcrumb toppings on baked pasta or casseroles. Panko breadcrumbs can also help to thicken soups and sauces.
