Blakewell's Hot Smoked Salmon Fillets - 120-140g

The salmon swim in the deep cool waters of Loch Broom before making their way overnight to Blakewell smokehouse in North Devon. Here they are smoked gently over beech wood with the care and attention they deserve. The flavour is so good it just melts and we want you to experience it and love it as much as we do.

Salmon are rich sources of the essential long chain omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA which are so important for a healthy heart, eyes and brain. They also contain very high quality protein with all the essential building blocks that we need to make our own proteins and are rich sources of the vitamins A,D,E,B1,B2,B6 niacin and B12 as well as minerals.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated 0 – 3c and eat within two days after opening.
