Our trout is a fish found throughout Europe and North America and is highly sought after by anglers and chefs alike for its beautiful nutty and buttery flavour and fighting abilities on the end of a fishing line!
The trout are salt cured and smoked in a hot kiln over beechwood chips for 6 hours to maximise flavour and texture, we have perfected our craft and believe we’ve got it just about right so you will keep coming back for more.

Trout are rich sources of the essential long chain omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA which are so important for a healthy heart, eyes and brain. They also contain very high quality protein with all the essential building blocks that we need to make our own proteins and are rich sources of the vitamins A,D,E,B1,B2,B6 niacin and B12 as well as minerals.
Storage:
Keep refrigerated 0 – 3c and eat within two days after opening.
