Cook & prep in 30 mins, you will need...a glug of veg oil, 2 large chicken breasts, a clove of garlic, a bit of sugar & salt, dash of vinegar (we use Sarson's), a small handful of fresh coriander (optional), 2 handfuls of fresh spinach (optional) and something to serve it with e.g. naan, rice, chapatti
