Cranberry Jelly - 227g. 71g/100g fruit. The traditional Christmas jelly, it has a high concentration of fruit for that sharp, tangy, flavour. Waterhouse Fayre produce award winning, homemade preserves. At Waterhouse Fayre, Ann and Neil believe that flavour is everything, and that begins with the fruit and vegetables they grow and select for their jams and chutneys. Many of the fruits which make the jams are grown on the farm - including seven varieties of raspberries along with other currants and berries. All are made at the home of Ann Stallard using traditional methods and in small batches in her own kitchen. There is nothing artificial about their preserves, just loads of fruit or vegetables, packed full of goodness!
