Easter Meal for Four

There’s a leg of lamb to cook with garlic and rosemary, lemon roast potatoes, celeriac mash, glazed carrots, cheesy leeks and broccoli. And to go with it, onion sauce and a bunch of mint to make fresh mint sauce!
And for pudding, our super-easy baked lemon pudding, served with some fresh raspberries on the side and a little cream.
