The Apple Cider Vinegar Due Vittorie is produced in Modena from Italian apples only. It is aged for one year in barriques. It is both a healthy and particularly tasty. We highly recommend it for salads and desserts. It has won 3 Great Taste Stars in 2018 from the Guild of Fine Foods.

The black truffle oil from aix&terra is one of the most popular products in their range. It is produced with the black truffle from Perigord and a mild extra virgin olive oil from Nyons in the Provence. It is delicious on meat, pasta, risotto and vegetables. We particularly like it on a Sunday roast, as you can use the truffle and slice it on the red meat, it is absolutely delicious.  

The black truffle oil from aix&terra won a star from the Great Taste Awards organised by the Guild of Fine Foods in 2017.
