Baby Leaf Lettuce - 125g

Ready to eat prepared soft lettuce, it's a tender item so please treat it gently - keep it cool and try not to let it sweat!


Celery has a long fibrous stalk tapering into leaves. Depending on location and cultivar, either its stalks, leaves, or hypocotyl are consumed and used in cooking.

Chicory - each

This lettuce has a funky, distinctive, cigar-like shape, about 12cm long, and the crisp leaves have a mildly bitter flavour.

Cooking onions -60/80mm - 0.5kg

You don’t want to eat a raw brown onion. While the flavour of a brown onion is fantastic in its own assertive way, it comes with a very high sulfur content. Cooking out that intense sharpness paves the way for the sweet onion flavor to shine, which is why we prefer brown onions whenever we caramelise. The amount of flavor you’ll get from caramelizing yellow onions, as opposed to white, is significantly higher. Your burger will thank you. So we like our brown onions caramelized or roasted.

That's due in part to their lower carb and sugar contents: A medium tomato provides just 22 calories, and about 5 grams of total carb, with 3 as sugar and 1.5 as fibre - so get stuck in!
